Waterford Twp. police search for suspects in roller rink shooting

3 gunmen open fire at crowd at Rolladium Skating Center; 5 shot

WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Waterford Township police are searching for two suspects who, along with a third person, shot five people on Friday morning at a roller skating rink on Highland Road.

Three women and two men were shot at a private party at Rolladium Skating Center when the three gunmen entered the rink and opened fire at the crowd.

Surveillance video from the shooting captured images of two men that police said are suspects.

Police said 18-year-old Robert Lee German, of Pontiac, is a person of interest in the shooting. Police have been searching for German, who is considered armed and dangerous.

The victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
