WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Waterford Township police are looking for a man who, they say, robbed the PNC Bank at 994 West Huron on Thursday.
The bank robber passed a note to one of the tellers which announced a hold-up. Bank employees did not see a weapon. The suspect did not imply that he had one.

The clerk handed over money with a dye pack. The dye pack went off as soon as the man exited the bank. The red dye got on his hands because he was not wearing any gloves.
The man was last seen running northwest toward the Hero's Restaurant parking lot. He was seen with red hands running toward a dumpster in the parking lot. The red dye also was on his jacket.
Suspect description
The suspect is described as a white man about 5 feet 10 inches tall with a slender build. He is between 45 and 55 years old. He has short brown hair, a receding hairline and glasses.
He was last seen wearing a longer brown, light-weight jacket. It might be gray or green with a material used in Carhart jackets.
Under his jacket, the man was wearing a polo or golf shirt. He also had on dark blue pants and black dress shoes.
