Hayley Turner said she jumped out of a slow-moving vehicle when a passerby saw her and called police.

Neighbors told Local 4 they didn't see Turner jump out of a vehicle.

Her family said she was found Friday afternoon by a homeowner near West Outer Drive and East 19th Street in Ecorse. She was sitting outside and not wearing a shirt.

Turner gave the homeowner her mother's cellphone number. Turner allegedly told the woman she had just jumped out of a vehicle.

The homeowner then took Turner to police who brought her to a hospital. Turner was checked out by doctors and released to her family.

Turner's family told Local 4 the teen was found in good shape. They added she had been struggling with some emotional issues this year.

Police have no description of the vehicle or her alleged attacker.
