DETROIT – A man fell and hit his head on Friday's Jobbie Nooner party on Lake St. Clair.
The man was knocked unconscious, according to the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office, which is handling the case.

He had fallen off a boat and hit his head. He was taken to a hospital and is expected to be OK.
Thousands turn out for annual Jobbie Nooner at Gull Island
The annual Jobbie Nooner has once again drawn thousands to Lake St. Clair's Gull Island.
The event which began in the 1980s returned Friday morning.
