Women report 'senior flasher' in Ann Arbor

Ann Arbor police receive reports of elderly man flashing women

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – In the past three days, three women have reported a man pulling down his pants and exposing himself at public areas in Washtenaw County.

Police aren't looking for just any flasher. They believe the man is a senior citizen.

Ann Arbor Police said a woman was walking down a path about noon Wednesday in Gallup Park when an elderly man jumped in front of her with his pants around his ankles. Police said he quickly pulled the pants up and ran toward a nearby bridge.

The flasher has been described as a white man between the ages of 60 and 80. He has gray hair and was last seen wearing a flannel shirt.

A man with that description was seen naked and dancing by two women who were canoeing down the Huron River on Monday. He was on the bank of the river doing a dance as the women paddled by. When the women screamed, the man ran away naked.
