Officials rescue unconscious ice fisherman who fell through ice on Anchor Bay Fisherman taken to hospital; current condition unknown No description found
IRA TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Ira Township fire officials rescued an ice fisherman Wednesday who had fallen through the ice on Anchor Bay.
Officials said they took their fireboat out to where the man fell through the ice and found him in the water. They brought him onto the boat and took him to shore.
The man was unconscious when officials found him.
EMS officials took the fisherman to a nearby hospital. His current condition is unknown.
