An Ohio baby taken by his father Tuesday morning, prompting an Amber Alert, has been found safe, NBC 4 in Columbus reports.
Police were searching for 10-month-old Winston Ramey and his 27-year-old father, James Christopher Ramey, who last were seen in Delta, Ohio, which is 10 miles south of the Michigan border and 30 miles west of Toledo.

NBC 4 in Columbus reported James Ramey took Winston about 5:09 a.m. from a home in Delta. The boy was found safe hours later and his father was taken into police custody. The Amber Alert has been canceled.
Reports say the boy's mother died after being shot earlier in the day. Ramey is being held as a suspect in that shooting.
