DETROIT – Police are investigating a deadly crash Wednesday morning after a police chase on the city's east side this morning.
Officers were called to area of Charles Street near Mound Road on a man that had threatened a woman with a gun.
The chase ended on French Road near Shoemaker Street after the man hit a tree killing him instantly.
Police have not released any information on the driver at this time.
