Stretch of westbound I-96 reopens after semi-truck crash
NOVI, Mich. – All lanes of westbound I-96 are open after Novi Road after a semi-truck went off the roadway and into a pond early Wednesday morning.
Traffic was backed up for several miles, but has since cleared.
