WEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich. – Those looking to buy a new home in southeast Michigan have the chance to tour a handful of available ones this month as part of the annual Parade of Homes.
The homes, which are on display for free, include three attached condominiums, four detached condominium and 46 single-family homes. Nine of the homes are pre-construction.
The base prices range from $139,900 to $1,358,000.
All of the homes are built by members of the Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan -- which is sponsoring the free exhibition.
