ECORSE, Mich. – Authorities said an explosion inside a public restroom in an Ecorse park has damaged the facility.
No injuries were reported Thursday morning when the explosion happened in Dingell Park.

DTE Energy said they turned off the gas to the building and are investigating whether a leak is to blame for the explosion.
The park is at 4501 W Jefferson Avenue.
