WASHTENAW COUNTY – The Michigan State Police is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a suspect who hit and killed a man who was changing a flat tire on the shoulder of w/b I-94, east of State Street, in Pittsfield Twp, Washtenaw County.
The victim was identified as 39-year-old Eswin Vasquez from Ypsilanti.
The suspect vehicle is possibly a 2008-2011 Chevy Malibu, heavy front end damage on passenger side; unknown color. After hitting the victim, the suspect sideswiped the victim’s vehicle.
