Police searching for Roseville bank robber

ROSEVILLE, Mich. - Police are searching for a man who robbed the Chase Bank in the 30700 block of Groesbeck Highway in Roseville on Friday at around 1 p.m.

The man was wearing a navy blue ball cap with an orange Tigers "D" logo on the front, a peach-colored button down shirt, blue jeans and white shoes with dark-colored tread.

Police say the man went into the bank and verbally demanded cash from the teller. An unknown amount of cash was put in the suspect's bag before he left the bank. He left on foot and is believed to have gone north through the parking lot. There was no vehicle seen.

There were no injuries in the incident, and no weapon was displayed.

Investigations of the incident are ongoing.
