The trial in the death of 19-year-old Renisha resumes Monday.

This week testimony will continue from the defense firearms expert.

On Thursday, Theodore Wafer’s defense focused on injuries to McBride’s hands.

A forensic expert testified the injuries could have been from McBride pounding on his front door.

Wafer is charged with killing McBride on his Dearborn Heights porch back in November.

Wafer claims it was self-defense, mistaking McBride for an intruder.

McBride was knocking Wafer’s door after being involved in a car accident in Detroit earlier in the night.
