LANSING, Mich. – State Rep. Cindy Gamrat broke her silence Friday about the scandal surrounding her alleged affair with fellow legislator Rep. Todd Courser in a Friday afternoon news conference.

Courser, who hasn't spoken to the press yet, posted the message below to his Facebook page.
Courser first posted to Facebook on Aug. 9 after the scandal broke. He has since posted several messages over the past week including photos of alleged text messages he said proves he was being blackmailed.
