Rochester student given days to live, hopes to meet Eminem
ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – Gage Garmo, a student at Rochester High School, has won four battles with cancer, even losing his leg in one of those battles. But now Garmo is losing his fifth battle with the disease, and doctors have given him less than a week to live.
Garmo's idol is local artist Eminem, and he has always wanted to meet the star.
His familyheld an event Sunday at noon to honor Garmo. The event was be at Borden Park in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
