DETROIT – A shooting that killed one driver and wounded a passenger later caused an accident on Detroit's east side.
The accident happened at Cadieux Road and Interstate 94.
A man was stopped at a red light on southbound Cadieux Road and noticed a gray Hyundai approaching at a high rate of speed.
The Hyundai sideswiped the man's car and stopped a short distance away.
The driver ran to the Hyundai and found bullet holes in the vehicle.
The driver of the Hyundai had been shot dead. A passenger was wounded by a bullet. A woman in the back seat was uninjured.
Police are investigating the incident.
