DETROIT – Detroit police say an 18-year-old driver was killed Saturday when the driver blew through a red light and crashed into a semi-truck at 8 Mile Road and Van Dyke Avenue.
Officials say the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other injuries reported in the incident.
Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
