Third suspect in fatal Detroit gas station shooting in custody: Police

DETROIT – The third suspect in the slaying of 22-year-old Javon Perry has turned himself in, police said. 

Detroit police said  Derrick Everson turned himself into the Detroit Detention Center and is currently in police custody.

Police were previously looking for three men after Perry was shot and killed at a Marathon gas station on Detroit's west side.

Everson and Kyrell Alonozo, both 22, turned themselves in after Joseph Lucas, 26, was charged with murder in Perry's death.
