TROY, Mich. – A 49-year-old woman is accused of walking into a Troy store barefoot and trying to walk out with a pair of boots on.
Troy police said the incident happened Monday at the Kohl's on John R.

Police said the woman was seen walking into the store barefoot, putting a new pair of boots and leaving without paying for them. Police said marijuana was also found in her purse.
The St. Clair Shores woman has been charged with retail fraud and possession of marijuana.
She has two outstanding warrants out for her arrest for separate incidents.
