NOVI, Mich. – A boil water advisory is in effect for parts of Novi after a water main break on 8 Mile Road west of Haggerty Road.
The boil water advisory was issued for the area bordered by Haggerty Road, Cambridge Drive, Orchard Hill Place and 8 Mile Road.
Residents shouldn't use water from their taps for drinking or cooking unless it is boiled for five minutes. If the water is used for drinking, it should be cooled in a sealed container after boiling.
