Who left a shoe on Mars?

Perhaps we aren't alone after all.

Since landing on Mars in 2004, the Opportunity rover has beamed stunning images back to Earth that give star-gazers a glimpse into an alien world.

Now, one conspiracy theorist claims to have spotted something bizarre in one of the images, which he says depicts 'the death of a species" and suggest there once was life on Mars: A shoe.

Laying among the rocks and dirt of the red planet, they claim there is a shoe that once belonged to a species that was at war on Mars, and is 'the lone evidence that the person ever existed'.
While looking through some Mars rover photos, I found a lone shoe on the edge of the crater,' said Scott C Waring, creator of UFO Sightings Daily.
