ROYAL OAK, Mich. – Royal Oak police said a cause of death is still pending for a woman who was found unresponsive early Sunday morning in a car that was parked in a lot off Main Street.
Police said Brittany Jones, 21, was found breathing but unresponsive just before 3 a.m. in a Ford Mustang that was parked near 11 Mile Road and Main Street.

Police said officers and firefighters broke into her car after a 911 call was made and tried to revive her, but she stopped breathing and was taken to Beaumont Hospital. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
