NOVI, Mich. – Police in Novi are investigating after a woman said she saw a man expose himself and masturbate July 10 at Rotary Park.
The park is a popular spot on summer evenings. The paths leading up to Rotary Park get plenty of walkers, bikers and joggers. It was a woman out for an evening jog who was startled to see a man on the path masturbating at about 5:58 p.m. She called police.
"It is crazy," Candice Kronsbein said. "We just rode the bikes up here with our kids and to know that something like that was going on us really disturbing."
The woman was on the path along 9 Mile Road jogging east from Roethel Drive. She turned into the path which leads to the park where she suddenly saw the man.
The woman was so taken aback that she didn't get a very good description of the man, only that he was white with brown hair.
