Connor Jaeger

Connor Jaeger attended the University of Michigan, where he competed on the swimming and diving team.  In 2011, he won an NCAA title and was named a three-time All American the following year.  He competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics, and placed first at the 2016 trials in the 400m freestyle. He finished fifth in the 400m freestyle in the Rio games. 

Jaeger was born in Hackensack, New Jersey, and began swimming at age eight.  As a teenager, he worked as a lifeguard, and competing on his high school team, he was named All-state and set five conference records.

He'll compete in the men's 400m freestyle on Aug. 6 and the men's 1500m freestyle on Aug. 12.
