Carmen Harlan's final newscast: 'It's been a wonderful, wonderful ride' Legendary anchor retires after 38 years at WDIV
DETROIT – Carmen Harlan's final day of news broadcasting for Local 4 was Friday.
She is heading off into retirement after 38 years at WDIV.

Over her illustrious career in journalism, Carmen has become an icon in Detroit. She will be dearly missed here at Local 4. However, you will be able to see her again when she returns to host America's Thanksgiving Parade .
