Detroit-based Iggy’s Eggies opens in downtown Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Iggy’s Eggies is bringing jammy yolks to East Liberty Street in downtown Tree Town.

Open only until mid-afternoon, the eatery offers an array of breakfast sandwiches and lunchtime burgers along with hash browns, French toast sticks, fries and biscuits.

Created by University of Michigan alum Eli Boyer, Iggy’s Eggies started as a walk-up window in Detroit in 2018.

The Ann Arbor location isn’t a walkup window and instead fills the former Salad’s Up location at 611 E. Liberty St.

It is open between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends.
