‘I’m all in’: Michigan football lands 2026 4-star DL Alister Vallejo

The Wolverines beat out Kansas and Notre Dame for the Texas native

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Michigan Wolverines have landed 2026 four-star defensive lineman Alister Vallejo.

The 6′3″, 310-pound Liberty, Texas native announced his commitment on Tuesday (June 10).

Vallejo had 11 total offers, including the men in maize, who beat out the Kansas Jayhawks and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the process.

He said, “Michigan felt like home; I’m all in. Go Blue during his official announcement.

Head coach Sherrone Moore and his Michigan football program are on a roll, as Vallejo’s commitment was their ninth in the class of 2026.
