ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Ann Arbor Police are searching for a suspect after a young woman was shot and killed at an apartment complex in the 1400 block of Pear Street on Sunday afternoon.
Police say the shooting happened around 1:20 p.m and is believed to be an isolated incident.

Ann Arbor Police Chief Andre Anderson said the shooting happened inside one of the units at the apartment and the suspect fled the scene.
Through a K9 search, police found a firearm believed to have been used in the shooting. Police are conducting interviews with witnesses to identify the suspect.
