PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A former Women’s Huron Valley Correctional Facility Corrections Officer will stand trial for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with multiple prisoners while he was working.

22-year-old Joshua Lee was charged Oct. 30, 2025, with four counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

In Michigan, sexual contact by corrections officers is illegal.

On Tuesday, Jan. 6, Lee was bound over to the 22nd Circuit Court in Washtenaw County.

He is scheduled to return to court Feb. 26.
