DETROIT – Two new companies are moving into the Chrysler House building in downtown Detroit, Local 4 has learned.

Elite Fire Safety and SCI Marketview plan to open offices in the 23-story building formerly known as the Dime Building on Griswold.

Southfield-based Elite Fire Safety is billed as a "one-stop shop" for all fire safety needs. It will open a small satellite office in the building. Initially, the company will have a few employees in the office, but plans to grow and take more space.

SCI Marketview is an Ontario-based enterprise lead management system which aggregates and delivers leads to automotive dealers.

SCI is taking two small offices in the building.

SCI's downtown Detroit office will initially house six employees.
