"People who have witnessed a flag dedication and retirement ceremony are always struck by what an emotional, lump-in-your-throat event it is," said Serra Chevrolet General Manager Greg Brown. "There will be veterans in uniform, fire fighters and fire trucks, a flag-raising with bugles playing. We're excited and proud be a part of it."
Serra Chevrolet opened its new 36,000 square foot facility at 28111 Telegraph Road in Southfield this past January. The three huge flags flying in front of the dealership, the largest at 30' x 60', make the dealership highly visible to drivers along Telegraph and I-696. Behind the building are two117-foot high wind turbines that generate electricity for the facility.
