Chrysler is recalling some 2010 Jeep Wranglers
Nearly 87,000 Jeeps are being recalled
Jeep Wrangler SaharaDETROIT – Chrysler is recalling nearly 87,000 2010 Jeep Wranglers that have an autmotaic transmission.
There is a concern that debris can get caught between a plate that protects the transmission and the catalytic converter, which can cause a fire.
At least 14 fires have been reported that are believed to be related to the issue. No one has been hurt.
The recall affects about 68,000 Wranglers in the U.S., 6,000 in Canada and 12,500 in other countries.
