Which retailers have the worst customer service?

With customer service a make or break for many businesses, the latest American Consumer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) finds customer satisfaction at an all-time high. But, not every company is getting high marks.

 Netflix, which has ranked high in recent years, is now the lowest ranked internet retailer in the index. Wal-Mart, no stranger to poor ratings on this index, continued to be the lowest rated since 2007,

 Some of the companies that failed to impress consumers in 2012 have struggled to satisfy customers for years. Safeway, which had among the lowest scores among all retailers, has underperformed in customer satisfaction every year for the past 10 years.
