Popular applesauce recalled due to mold threat No description found
GoGo Squeez is voluntarily recalling some of its popular applesauce on-the-go pouches after mold was found in some of its products.
The company says a production issue could cause the applewsause pouches to harbor fruit mold.
The recall involves GoGo Squeez Applesauce with best-by dates between June 30th 2016 and July 26th 2016.
They were shipped nationwide.
In a recall announcement issued on the company's website, GoGo Squeez's founder and CEO says the mold poses no health risk, but that the affected applesauce could have an unpleasant look or taste.
