ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. – It’s the middle of September, and most people aren’t yet thinking about Halloween, let alone Christmas. But many big box stores and local toy shops have already started planning.
Lists ranking this season’s hottest toys are already out, and savvy shoppers might be developing their strategy for holiday shopping.
