DETROIT – Comedian Charlie Murphy has passed away the age of 57 after a battle with Leukemia.
Charlie Murphy, the brother of Eddie Murphy, has been undergoing chemo treatment to battle the illness, according to THR

Murphy appeared in several movies, but is best known for his starring role in the Comedy Central show Chappelle's Show, which aired for three seasons in the mid-2000s.
Murphy would tell stories involving Prince and Rick James, with full reenactments with Dave Chappelle and the cast.
Murphy also co-wrote some of Eddie's films including "Norbit" and "Vampire in Brooklyn."
