Ranked number one when it comes to short-term and long-term weight loss
DETROIT – Weight Watchers is the number one weight-loss diet plan, according to diet experts who conducted a study for U.S. News and World Report.
The experts say the point-counting system helps people lose weight and keep it off, by giving them visible reminders of what they've eaten, and what they're allowed to eat.

Of course, this doesn't mean that Weight Watchers will work for everyone, but it's the best plan for most, according to the report.
