Celebrate fall at free harvest festival on Detroit's Belle Isle

Celebrate fall by making a s'more at a warm campfire or taking advantage of one of many free activities taking place at Belle Isle's harvest festival Oct. 28, 2017.

DETROIT – Enjoy fall Saturday with cider, donuts and games at Belle Isle's harvest festival.

The free, all-ages festival will feature face painting, pumpkin decorating, warm cider and donuts, fall-themed games, hayrides, s'mores and a petting farm.

The festival is from noon to 3 p.m. under tents south of the White House park administrative building on Inselruhe Avenue.
