Watch: Hilarious 4th grader is super excited to start school, also unhappy with mom's rules

This kid is SO excited to start school.

Kevin, a fourth-grader in Austin, Texas, is super excited to get back to school.

In an interview, Kevin said he was excited "because I'm going to 4th grade and after that I'm going to 5th grade and I'm going to college...or high school I don't know."

He said his favorite subjects are math and science, and he wants to be a creator.

Kevin is also very upset with his mother about not letting him ride a bike without a helmet.

"Also my mom thinks I'm a baby so I can't walk to school sometimes and also she thinks I need protective gear when I need to ride a bike," Kevin said.  "I know how to ride a bike already even without protective gear!"
