The event is a mock wedding reception where you can meet and mingle with professional small business owners and experience their work up close. There will be DJs, a band, food, drinks and decor on display. It's a fun night out in Detroit with your fiance', family and friends.

"Detroit Gets Married the Bridal Show Alternative" was created by Kyle Ann Trombley, a hair and makeup artist born and raised in Metro Detroit. She wanted to come up with a unique way for brides to see her work without participating in a traditional bridal show. Unsatisfied with the marketing options available, she wanted to showcase her talents and be able to meet brides without them being overwhelmed or feeling pressured to commit to her services..

The event will also feature Local 4's Vote 4 the Best winner Michael B. Anthony, the people's choice for Metro Detroit's best wedding florist.
