French Toast Bistro Shrimp Po’ Boy Recipe

5 Jumbo Gulf Shrimp
Fresh Baked Bun
Iceberg Lettuce
Roma Tomatoes
Tartar Sauce (mayo base)
Cajun Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Granulate
Fresh Thyme
Oil

-Season shrimp with the Cajun Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Granulate, Fresh Thyme and Oil
-Grill Shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side
-Spread the tarter sauce on both sides of bun
-Place Roma Tomato slices on the bottom of the bun on top of the tartar sauce
-Add the cooked and seasoned shrimp
-Place lettuce on top of the shrimp
-Lastly, place the top bun on your sandwich
