Bierkeller Spaetzle & Sauce
3 eggs, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup water. Fold ingredients together until they reach the consistency of heavy pancake batter. Put through a sieve into boiling water. They are cooked when the begin floating to the top. Drain well.
Toppings: 1/4 cup goat cheese, 1/4 cup grilled onions, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/8 cup bacon, 1/2 cup cream. Heat together and blend in with spaetzle noodles.
