With how easy it is to buy things online Nate says the way people design their home has completely changed. However, his does warn not to get too caught up in the pictures online because sometimes they can be altered. 

Nate feels that your home should tell a story and his advice would be to get personal when you are designing your home. 

If you're looking for that vintage item to add to your home, Berkus suggests to look in antique shops or at auctions. If you are renovating a home, it is really important to buy the best quality that you can afford so that 10 years from now, you wont regret that decision.
