New movie has an Oscar-winner behind the scenes

He’s been a familiar face from movies like “Judas and the Black Messiah”, “Get Out”, and “Black Panther”, and now actor Daniel Kaluuya has made his mark behind the scenes of a new movie.

Academy Award winner Daniel Kaluuya is a writer, producer, and co-director of “The Kitchen”. The film brings a new story to life that’s all about family, community, and the “haves” versus the “have nots”. Rapper and actor Kane Robinson is a star of the film and plays the role of a character named Izi.

“The Kitchen” will start streaming on Netflix on Friday, January 19th.
