Detroit restaurant celebrates 10 years with a tour

A Detroit restaurant is celebrating its 10 year anniversary with the unique approach of going on tour and bringing back favorites from its menu from over the years.

TAKOI, a Thai restaurant with a twist, took the opportunity to create a retrospective menu that includes a selection of dishes that people enjoyed over the years, explained chef and owner Brad Greenhill. The prix-fixe menu can be made standard, vegetarian, or vegan.

Aside from serving up a retrospective menu, TAKOI is also celebrating its milestone anniversary by going on tour to visit multiple cities to share its food and collaborate with various partners.
