Enjoy an epic battle, as you dine on a four-course meal

All week long “Live in the D” has been featuring luxurious places to stay and amazing adventures that are all part of a vacation package viewers can win. It’s all provided by VISIT FLORIDA. Reporter April Morton was lucky enough to receive the assignment to head to Central Florida and visit Kissimmee, which is right in the middle of all the action.

During her visit, Morton stopped by Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament, a place that’s been around for more than 40 years, but the theme dates back centuries. There she enjoyed a four-course meal, while viewing an epic battle.

“As you’re eating with your hands, like in Medieval Times, we’re entertained by the best Knights of the Realm, and the King and Queen, and some of the most beautiful horses you’ve ever seen,” said David Graham with Medieval Times-Kissimmee.

He said they guarantee by the end of the roughly 1 hour and 40 minute show, guest will be hoarse from all the cheering and full from the four-course meal which includes beverages and a dessert.
