‘Karate Kid: Legends’ brings Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio together
New movies are out at the theaters and on streaming
Get ready for a weekend of cinematic adventures, with everything from martial arts action to documentary reality. Movie Show Plus reviewer Greg Russell appeared on “Live in the D” to give some insight on what viewers should tune into next.
A big one this weekend: a revival of an iconic movie franchise with “Karate Kid: Legends”.
“It’s kind of predictable, but it’s a fun story to watch…Do you know what’s going to happen? Yes. But, did you enjoy watching it happen? Yes,” Russell said.
Russel’s review also highlighted other films entering the pool this week, including “Jane Austen Wrecked My Life” and “Bono: Stories of Surrender”.
