Your teen can work out for free this summer

The program is located throughout Metro Detroit

High School teens are always looking for something to do during their summer vacation. Now they have an option that can not only be fun, it’s also free and can help keep them fit.

“It’s called the High School Summer Pass, it’s available for teens 14-19 years of age,” said Dave Jarrett, a Fitness Trainer at Planet Fitness.

He appeared on Live in the D to talk about the program, which allows teens to work out at the facilities, have access to personal trainers, and attend classes all for free.

He said you can register online or at your local Planet Fitness. The program runs through August 31, 2025.
