The clock is ticking for Gardner White’s Super Sale, and CEO Rachel Stewart says the final buzzer sounds at 9 p.m. Wednesday.
During an appearance on “Live In The D,” Stewart underscored the urgency as Gardner White leans into its partnership with the Lions and the city’s surging football energy. The promotion offers customers a rebate on their furniture purchases if the Lions make it all the way to “that big game in February.”
“But there’s only two days. So two days left. So today, Wednesday, 9:00 p.m., the gig’s up,” Stewart said.
The Super Sale returned after strong response last year, when the Lions’ performance gave the promotion credibility with customers. “The first time was spectacular because the Lions delivered what they needed to do, which is believability,” Stewart said. “This is a promotion I’ve always wanted to do. Finally, it made sense.”
Stewart added that Gardner White is proud to be the Lions’ furniture and mattress partner, calling the team a genuine force in the community. But the message for shoppers this week was simple: don’t wait.
The Super Sale ends at 9 p.m. Wednesday.
